All products are personalized and made to order. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Product images may vary slightly from the final personalized item.
4. Orders and Payment
Payments are temporarily unavailable. You can prepare a cart and review checkout details, but no order is submitted or accepted and no card details are collected. Prices are in USD; taxes will be calculated when payments become available.
5. Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping takes 2-6 business days after personalization (3-5 business days). Free shipping on orders over $75. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns and Refunds
Non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Personalized items are non-returnable unless defective. See our Returns Policy and Refund Policy for full details.
7. Warranty
We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper care. See our Warranty Policy for details.
8. Intellectual Property
Website content belongs to TREVON MERCHANTS LLC or the relevant rights holders. Contact support with questions about content or permitted use.
9. User Accounts
Account registration and sign-in are currently unavailable. Shopping and checkout preparation do not require an account.
10. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services. You represent that you own or have rights to the content you submit.
11. Subscriptions
Newsletter registration is not currently available. You can contact support by email.
